Jacob Stuart Shichman has always gravitated towards the arts. He believes that design objects and space hold value beyond just their physical presence. The places we inhabit distinctly shape how we feel. The layout of space, the aesthetic of furnishings, and the sentiment of relics, all impact us a certain way. The home should be a curation of belongings and mementos to fulfill our needs.

Jacob holds a Master’s of Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Art Studio from Colorado College. Through the course of his graduate education, he worked at architecture firms in Manhattan and Connecticut. Jacob currently works at a construction management firm in Long Island.
